IT Specialist - Factory IT Manager - West Wales - Manufacturing - £40000 - Hybrid - 2 Stage Process
Yolk Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturer to find an IT Manager who is looking to join a growing team that are passionate about the environment and making environmentally friendly products.
As the new IT Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our factory systems while providing top-notch support to our end users.

What You'll Do:
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and data cleanse activities, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Manage all aspects of IS/IT in the factory, including infrastructure, hardware, and end user support, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
- Lead IS/IT/Digital CAPEX projects from start to finish, implementing changes that support factory strategy and drive positive outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between the factory and central technical resources, ensuring that system enhancements meet evolving business needs.
- Provide training and coaching to data providers, promoting consistent data quality standards and best practices.
- Oversee planned service downtime to minimize disruption, effectively managing IT infrastructure changes.
- Deliver innovative digital solutions to support production, engineering, and warehouse functions, modernizing legacy systems and optimizing operations.
- Provide expert support for servers and server-based applications, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service for factory and warehouse operations.
