This is what you'll be doing

As a Family Law Paralegal, your responsibilities and duties will be as follows:-

• Keep clients well-informed at all stages of the process, maintaining exceptional communication and client relations.
• Collaborate closely with fee earners to advance legal transactions in alignment with established procedures and standards, ensuring seamless progress.
• Utilize cutting-edge Case Management software to efficiently manage and update cases.
• Excel in drafting and submitting legal aid applications on behalf of clients.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, from document preparation to appointment scheduling.

The experience you'll bring to the team

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the Family team:-

• A solid background in Family Law is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and case management software, preferably SOS Connect.
• Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to analyze information and present accurate findings.
• Work effectively within a dynamic team in an open-plan office environment.
