​The Family department of a lovely high-street firm based in Trowbridge are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their small, close-knit team!

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Legal Secretary who has extensive experience within Family Law. You would be providing all-round support to two fee earning solicitors and taking on classic Legal Secretary tasks. This firm offers a brilliant work environment with an emphasis on work/life balance.

What you will be doing:

• Maintaining and updating accurate records

• Typing up legal documents

• Liaising with clients

• Preparing court forms

• First point of contact for enquiries

• Diary management - arranging appointments with clients

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Family Law is essential

• Audio typing skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft office
