Job Title: Remote Fee Earner

Position Overview: As a Remote Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in our team, managing a portfolio of files remotely. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, leveraging your legal expertise and technological proficiency to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage approximately 75 files, demonstrating attention to detail and legal acumen.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilise technology, including case management systems and artificial intelligence tools, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members in regular meetings and training sessions conducted over Teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role, with a focus on file management.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to our team's supportive and familial culture.
• Proficiency in technology, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
