Yolk Recruitment are currently working with a client and are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team, based in the UK with travel throughout Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment, providing mechanical and electrical maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair services on a variety of industrial equipment at customer sites throughout the UK and Europe.
• Working with customers to diagnose equipment faults and develop solutions to ensure the equipment is running at peak performance.
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Accurately documenting work performed and ensuring that customer reports are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, ideally in an industrial equipment setting.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe, with occasional trips overseas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A strong commitment to health and safety and the ability to work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team and on your own.
