Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain equipment to manufacturers' specifications for reliability and safety.
- Detailed reporting of defects and upselling opportunities.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and technical faults.
- Operate diagnostic software via laptop (training provided).
- Document work completed using the tablet system.
- Prioritize safety through risk assessments and adherence to policies.
- Collaborate with the team for efficient operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, etc.
- Expertise in construction plant, machinery, and diagnostics.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Relationship-building skills for customer interaction.
- Effective communication for internal and external coordination.
- Strong time management for task completion while maintaining safety.
- Professional presentation and full driving license (machinery operation training provided).
