Finance Administrator
Are you looking for a job to open the door on your career in finance? Yolk Recruitment is supporting a leading insurance company in Swansea in their search for a Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of Accounts Payable and Payments processes.
This is what you'll be doing as a Finance Administrator:
- Processing daily cheque runs through the cheque production application.
- Processing Invoices
- Authorising payments
- Resolving invoice queries and troubleshooting issues
- Maintaining the stop cheque process and notifying relevant internal teams, primarily claims
- Processing electronic payments through bank internet payment tool
- Working in liaison with the Manager and staff in the implementation of new systems and procedures
The experience you'll bring to the team as a Finance Administrator:
- Experience with admin and data entry
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable process is desirable
- Driven attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Intermediate excel skills
- Good attention to detail
