Finance Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of Accounts Payable and Payments processes.

This is what you'll be doing as a Finance Administrator:

  • Processing daily cheque runs through the cheque production application.
  • Processing Invoices
  • Authorising payments
  • Resolving invoice queries and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintaining the stop cheque process and notifying relevant internal teams, primarily claims
  • Processing electronic payments through bank internet payment tool
  • Working in liaison with the Manager and staff in the implementation of new systems and procedures

The experience you'll bring to the team as a Finance Administrator:

  • Experience with admin and data entry
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable process is desirable
  • Driven attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
