Finance and Payroll Assistant

This is what you’ll be doing

Working from their head office you will be doing the following:

  • Raising commercial sales invoices
  • Setting up new customers onto the systems
  • Handling all finance enquiries
  • Full credit control
  • Process monthly payroll of 250 staff
  • Input weekly figures into the database
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Processing supplier payments and bank reconciliations.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
  • Previous experience within a finance team
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • AAT qualified or working towards
