What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a Consultancy Business based in Central Cardiff. In this role you will be:
- Posting purchase Invoices onto finance package
- Raising Sales Invoices and posting onto finance package
- Cashbook postings onto finance package and bank reconciliations
- Monthly journal postings (accruals and prepayment etc.)
What you’ll bring to the team?
As an experienced Finance Assistant, you will be:
- Experience of using Pegasus Opera III finance software (beneficial) Or a similar software such as Sage or QuickBooks
- Highly organised
- Previous experience with Finance and Accounting
- Office 365 skills
