Finance Manager (Part Time)

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not for Profit are working with Life Sciences Hub Wales, a charity based in Cardiff to find a Finance Manager to join their team on a part time basis.

What the Finance Manager will be doing:

• Maintaining and developing financial systems, policies, and records
• Overseeing the monthly finance cycle
• Preparing and presenting accurate management accounts
• Supporting budget planning
• Overseeing debtor management
• Submitting grant income claims
• Developing a finance business partnering approach

What the Finance Manager will need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in financial software and systems
