This isn't a "sit back and oversee" kind of role - we're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and lead from the front.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and developing the in-house finance function from the ground up
• Taking ownership of management accounts and financial reporting
• Getting hands-on with transactional finance duties when needed
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and controls
