Calling all NQ-2 year PQE Solicitors with a passion for Litigation! Yolk is currently working with an international law firm, to recruit the next talented Solicitors into their successful Financial Services & Disputes Litigation team. This Litigation team is renowned for its excellence and global presence. With over 500 experienced lawyers, they are among the top ten largest Litigation practices worldwide. This is what you'll be doing as an FSDI NQ Solicitor

As a FSDI Solicitor, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities, underpinned by appropriate supervision and support from colleagues. You will engage in all aspects of litigation, from pre-action correspondence to attending trials and utilising alternative dispute resolution methods. In addition, you will advise clients on their legal and compliance obligations related to corporate crime matters. You will analyse complex legal issues, develop case strategies, and build strong relationships through effective communication with clients, opponents, counsel, and third parties.

The experience you will bring to the team

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or barrister with at least six months' relevant experience either as a Paralegal or during a training contract
• Strong technical skills and academic qualifications
• A passion for delivering quality service
• Effective communication
