Full Stack Developer (Python, React)

A rapidly growing company looking for Full Stack Developers to assist with the delivery of their greenfield product aiming to get the hospitality industry out of lockdown! Using open banking, their product effortlessly connects customers and businesses, enhancing the payment process and reducing business costs. Although a start-up this business boasts of a very impressive board of investors that have the driving force to take this product to the next level.

This is what you’ll be doing

As an experienced Full Stack Developer, you will require commercial experience with Python and JavaScript to help develop and deploy the greenfield application. In this role you must be confident in your decisions, having experience with backend technologies you will take responsibility to ensure the product is stable and secure. Although working closely with the Head of Development, you will need to be a natural problem solver and not afraid to come up with your own solutions. You will join this fast-paced environment, working completely agile, following best practices and using only the latest technologies. It’s a unique opportunity to join a business in its early days and progress your career as they reach new heights.

There are some must haves

• Commercial experience Python (min 2 years)
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript (min 2 years)
• Experience working with APIs, RESTful services
• Experience working with AWS/Azure
• Exposure to working with database tech such as PostgreSQL
• Exposure to React, React Native is desirable
• Producing high quality, readable code and being responsible for automated testing, code reviews
