Global Product Marketing Manager

£46,700 + car allowance car allowance + 20 % bonus

This is not a typical Product Marketing Manager's role. We are looking for someone who can look at things differently, someone who breaks the mould and is willing to suggest solutions outside of the norm.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Taking the lead with market insight and intelligence across territories relating to the country, product or brand area and develop strategic plans for portfolio growth.
  • Identifying market and customer led opportunities and feedback insights into cross functional teams to develop and optimise the Product Roadmap.
  • Developing propositions aligned to customer segments, maximising opportunities and new revenue streams.
  • Supporting the development of a clinical marketing plan to support market entrance considering geographic requirements.
  • Providing in market product training and support.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, feeding back to the department and other stakeholders using reports that demonstrate progress toward goals.
  • Developing and maintaining all portfolio materials such as clinical aids, digital sales aids, web content, launch packs, 3rd party communications and other relevant materials.

  • Working with UK Clinical Nurse Advisor to develop supporting clinical and educational material.
  • Planning and managing internal product launches.
  • Work with markets to help organise and support national and international trade shows.

The skills and characteristics you'll need for this role:

  • You'll be a natural innovator - someone who isn't afraid to make decisions, and where necessary, fail fast.
  • You'll have some experience in a Marketing role and an understanding of marketing procedures/strategies.
  • You'll be a collaborative worker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills - part of your role will be centred around building positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and distributors both here in the UK and Globally.
  • Experience in Medical devices or similar would be an advantage, however, full consideration will be given to all candidates with a strong Product Marketing background, regardless of industry.
  • You'll have experience in a similar role in a B2B environment (additional experience in a consumer based product marketing role would be a huge advantage!)
  • You'll have the ability to demonstrate self-confidence and sound judgement when dealing with complex issues/processes and will be able to offer solutions.
