The Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Finance Assistant to join our client's team in Pontypridd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and contributing to the smooth running of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
- Conducting reconciliations of accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Liaising with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
About You:
- A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and develop within a finance role
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
