Graduate Claims Administrator

Bridgend

£18,500

Are you a graduate looking for their first role and a step in the right direction to start your career? Do you possess excellent computer and communication skills? Perhaps you've completed your A Levels and are keen to enter the working world as opposed to continuing in education? If the answer is yes, then we'd like to hear from you. 

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting and participating in the day-to-day operations of the Business Support team by contributing with allocated tasks
  • Ensuring allocated incoming work tasks are processed, maintained and validated accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company service standards/KPI.
  • Contacting and liaising with underwriters/assistants and other internal and external colleagues (as deemed appropriate/necessary)
  • Ensuring High Priority work is correctly identified and prioritised.
  • Attending and actively participates in meetings
  • Ensuring customers are treated fairly at all times.
  • Ensuring immediate referral to Team Leader/Line Manager of all complaint issues arising.
  • Assisting with Ad-hoc duties as reasonably required.
