​Group Financial Controller

An established manufacturing company based in Caerphilly are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their team. If you have experience to a senior level and looking for a new opportunity please apply today

This is what you’ll be doing

·       Provide accurate and timely management accounts and budgets to enable the Financial Director and Board to make effective decisions concerning the financial direction and control of the
business.

·       Provide tight financial governance over the day to day financial activities of the business.

·       Develop and maintain effective financial systems and controls.

·       Recognise and advise the Financial Director on cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

·       Effectively manage, train and develop your accounts teams, monitor, measure and review performance.

·       Effectively manage day-to-day activities with suppliers and customers in relation to accounts payable and receivable.

·       Provide systems and controls to manage and report on cash & borrowings.

·       Assist the FD and Board with adhoc projects and reports.

·       Assist the FD with key banking and supplier relationships.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·       ACCA or equivalent or by experience

·       Excellent managerial skills

·       Good Excel knowledge

And this is what you’ll get in return

Up to £60,000

Monday to Friday 9-5
