Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead Generation: As a Growth Marketing Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our client's growth. Your expertise in lead generation (research and qualification) and growth marketing will be pivotal in developing and scaling the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Audience Engagement: Dive deep into the minds of our client's target audiences, understanding their needs and characteristics. Craft targeted marketing strategies that resonate with them across various communication channels.
  • Prospect Research: Identifying key decision makers in organisations of all sizes and industries. Your skill in research will be instrumental in uncovering valuable sales opportunities and capturing vital business intelligence.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads. Your ability to build relationships with prospects will be crucial in understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Continuous Optimisation: Take the lead in optimising our lead generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Keep a pulse on what's working and what's not, and drive improvements.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: You'll have 2+ years of experience in high-growth B2B environments, with a proven track record in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Problem-Solving: Your strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart.
  • Effective Communicator: You'll excel at communicating vision, strategy, and marketing KPIs to teammates and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: You'll be competent with systems like Excel, Outlook, and other web-based platforms.
