The Opportunity

Yolk are currently working in partnership with a blue-chip organisation based in South Wales. They are looking for a performance marketing specialist who is able to create and drive the acquisition strategy. You will work closely with the MD and senior leadership team on shaping the department. Roles of this ilk are a rare kind in South Wales so interested parties are urged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the acquisition strategy, determining how many customers can be acquired, at what cost, how and when

• Determine optimal customer acquisition cost for each customer segment

• Plan, design and execute acquisition campaigns throughout the year across all channels, measuring effectiveness and taking appropriate action

• Manage online reviews to ensure customers have access to accurate and fair assessments of the service

• Analyse what channels should be used to market to new customers in each customer segment

• Define the role, scale and opportunity of the following channels SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Outreach etc

Requirements 

• Proven experience in delivering and implementing successful acquisition strategy

• Track-record delivering results, digital marketing leadership experience is essential

• Experience managing acquisition teams, particularly with a digital element across SEO, performance and social
