Head of Business

Do you have an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to seek out and develop new business opportunities? Yolk are on the lookout for a motivated and highly organised Head of Business to lead and drive strategic business development growth for a great client based in South Wales.

This is what you’ll be doing

As Head of Business you’ll bring your experience and drive to further business opportunities and actively increase revenue to meet their ambitious growth plans! You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities whilst remaining goals, results and delivery focused!

• Manage and maintain a £1m+ account with a view to establish and implement a growth strategy to double the revenue over the next 24 months

• Identify, develop and grow new business opportunities

• Achieve/exceed business targets, expressed in terms of revenue and customer satisfaction

• Oversee a vast portfolio with a variety of sales channels

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Experience of managing a P&L

• B2Bsales experience with B2C experience beneficial to the role

• Proven experience of developing and growing a business start-up

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to develop online businesses and marketing strategies

• Successful track record of managing teams

• Ability to confidently drive and implement change
