Yolk Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading, multi award winning FinTech organisation to hire an experienced Head of CRM. This is a new role within the organisation offering huge scope for development and the opportunity to sculpt and develop a team.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic CRM initiatives, driving commercial success and enhancing customer experiences. You'll be data driven and an excellent communicator and leader, someone who enjoys collaborating with other internal teams to work towards the organisational goals.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Leading the CRM team in developing comprehensive strategies to achieve business goals and drive commercial objectives.
  • Overseeing the delivery of targeted, multi-channel CRM campaigns that engage customers and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborating with the Data Team to leverage customer insights and segmentation models for personalised communications.
  • Managing the relationship with the Customer Engagement Platform provider to optimise platform functionality and client services.
  • Evaluating CRM requests from stakeholders and assessing commercial viability to support key strategic projects.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

  • You'll have proven expertise in CRM, with a track record of driving commercial results, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services or another legislated environment (although industry experience is not a deal breaker!)
  • You'll possess strong leadership skills and experience in team management and development.
  • You'll have a broad knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data management.
  • You'll have experience in developing retention and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.
  • You'll have excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*This organisation offers a lot of flexibility around flexible/hybrid working, however, your presence will be needed at the office in Cardiff at least 1 day per week.
