Head of Frontline Services – Brighton
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a Head of Frontline Services for a 18 Fixed Term Contract.
What the Head of Frontline Services will be doing
Lead a department providing strategic direction, oversight, inspiration, and development.
Ensure provision of high quality, efficient and timely management, and support of cases
Lead the team responsible for knowledge management, process design, mapping, and process developments, including the provision.
Create the operational plan and effectively manage the budget
Build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and staff.
What the successful Head of Frontline Services will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has:
Experience of working in a front-line regulatory role in a regulator which does not necessarily have to be from financial services
Experience in management and leadership skills across a department of multiple teams
Experience in strategic planning and delivery plans
Knowledge of risk management
Negotiating and influencing skills
