Marketing VP (Head of Marketing)

As an influential member of the executive team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisation's marketing strategy. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: You'll spearhead the development and refinement of our client's marketing strategy, aligning it with ambitious growth targets and long-term vision.
• Brand Building: You'll lead efforts to strengthen the internal and external brand presence through targeted awareness campaigns tailored to specific regions.
• Execution: You'll oversee the implementation of regional-focused marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all platforms.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: You'll take the lead in planning direct digital marketing initiatives, optimising website content, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media efforts with a keen focus on regional targeting.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Proven Leadership: You'll have a track record of success in a senior marketing role, ideally within the aviation or aerospace industry. If you've worked with an organisation that's recently been through a re brand or change in brand direction, this would be very helpful.
• Strategic Vision: You'll have demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including regional-focused approaches.
• Digital Proficiency: You'll come with expertise in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a flair for regional targeting to maximise impact.
• Budget Management: You'll have experience in effectively managing marketing budgets to ensure resource optimisation across diverse regions.
• Industry Insight: Knowledge of civil aviation, aerospace industry or similar is a significant plus.
