Head of Performance Marketing

South Wales (WFH 2 days per week)

Yolk are currently working with a global organisation who are looking to bolster their digital marketing department. This is an opportunity which will enable you to lead part of the performance marketing function and alongside some of the industries most talented digital marketeers.

You will have a chance to work with and manage the best-in-class digital marketing professionals. This is a very unique opportunity; these don’t become available in South Wales often so interested candidates are urged to apply.


·         Working at the highest level with platforms and industry partners such as Google and Facebook

·         Working with the team across the business to understand wider group objectives and to build cross-channel performance marketing strategies

·         Establish and execute on the performance marketing strategy for building audiences for key content and brands across the Group

·         These audiences will be built through a range of marketing channels

·         Accountable for building advertising audiences/opportunities for the Commercial Sales team

·         Responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the digital campaigns; liaising with agencies, and working directly with internal teams to deliver results

·         Oversee the performance marketing budget across Affiliates & Content Outreach

Required Experience:

·         Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities

·         Deep expertise and understanding of best practices for Affiliates, Creative, Testing, Data and Audiences

·         Experience in managing multi-million-pound budgets across performance channels

·         Capable of identifying and acting on data trends

·         Experience managing team members
