The Opportunity
Yolk is a recruiting partner for one of Wales’ largest organisations which delivers a valuable public service. We are supporting them to recruit a permanent Head of Regulatory Reporting. This is a strategic role leading a high performing team which reaches every corner of the organisation.
Your team will lead on the preparation, governance and submission of annual performance report to the regulator as well as monthly management reports. You’ll be an excellent communicator and confident presenting at Executive Committee/Board level. The role will be based out of Cardiff but home based initially with some requirement for you to be in the office frhter down the line.
What the Head of Regulatory Reporting will be doing:
- Manage and own production and submission of regulatory annual performance report
- Bring ideas and energy to impact positive change (ie introduction of Power BI)
- Assurance and governance to ensure accuracy of data
- Support with formulation of internal business plan including proposing future targets for individual measures
Experience of regulatory reporting (performance not just financial)
Experience leading a high performing team
Excellent communication skills particularly at a senior level
Educated to a degree or equivalent
