Head of Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Cardiff

A rare opportunity has arisen in Residential Conveyancing to become Head of the Department within a highly regarded multi-office, regional firm in Cardiff. This forward thinking and modern Residential Conveyancing team are market leaders and specialists in their field.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will run a caseload of property files that include the following • Sales and purchases • Freehold and leasehold land • Registered and unregistered land • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • shared ownership

The experience you’ll bring to the team

Ideally you will be a highly experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer and have a solid grounding in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to be able to head the department.

There’s also some must haves

You must have experience in high volume conveyancing

And this is what you’ll get in return

Up to £50k is on offer for the right candidate with existing relationships.
