​Head of Strategy

£35,000 + £5,000 bonus

My client has a unique opportunity for you to join an agency that has recently gone through a very positive growth period. If you’re a senior strategic professional looking to help build on the current client portfolio and project manage the client facing strategy teams then this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

·        Keeping a finger on the pulse of digital media and core markets ensuring the brand is seen as the go to agency for knowledge sharing

·        Working with the marketing team to deliver top-class webinars, sales material and knowledge sharing to build new leads

·        Leading on client relationships from warm lead through to briefing and converting the sale

·        Training and developing strategy teams to support in the continued growth of the agency

·        Developing proposal generation skills within the team ensuring we deliver a high quality product every time

·        The continual development, day to day management and appraisals of the strategy team

·        Responsible for working closely with clients to build effective digital media strategies to achieve their stated objectives

·        Ensure that they develop the strategy team’s skills to allow them to deliver a similar quality of strategy to the clients within their portfolio

Required Experience:

·        Strong digital media experience across multiple platforms

·        Previous team management/supervisory experience

·        Good communication ability

·        Excellent proposal writing skills
