This is what you’ll be doing
You will have overall responsibility for compliance, development and implementation of the Company’s H&S policies and procedures, making sure all staff follow safe protocol.
- To prepare Health and Safety strategies and developing internal policy.
- Carry out and oversee the development of risk assessments and consider how risks can be reduced.
- To lead in house training with managers and employees.
- To carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures.
