The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity where you will be providing reactive maintenance along with ensuring exceptional customer service throughout our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Complete annual servicing and landlord safety checks of heating and plumbing systems.
  
  

• Contribute to the planned maintenance programme by completing planned boiler,central heating and bathroom replacements when required.

• Ensuring the continued safety of our customers, staff and visitors by delivering 100% compliant periodic building safety tests e.g.annual gas safety and electrical servicing etc.

• Ensure am excellent standard of health and safety managemen on all works carried out.

Requirements:

• You must be Category 1 Accredited Certification Scheme Gas Operatibe and hold a qualification in a Mechanical Engineering Discipline
• A full clean Driving licence
• Health and Safety qualification (CSCS)

Benefits:

• £17.67 per hour
• 37 hour working week
• Company vehicle
