Yolk IT have teamed up with a Swansea based market leader within their sector. This opportunity is as exciting as ever for a a technical superstar looking to join a support team looking after internal systems.

We are searching for a new team member for their support team, who provide bespoke application support to UK customer base - responsible for reporting, prioritising, analysing and resolving faults to resolution. Escalating faults to 2nd/3rd line support/Developers or Management if further assistance is required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1st/2nd Line Application Support Experience
  • SQL experience 
  • Great client facing skills
Up to £25,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
