HR Administrator

This is what you’ll be doing

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an energetic and growing signage company based in Cardiff. You will work closely with the management team to support with various HR responsibilities, including:

 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries from Managers and Employees, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality

  • Managing all day-to-day HR administration, including employee, sickness and absence records

  • Collating various reports for the managers on headcount, turnover of staff, holidays etc.

  • Supporting in the recruitment process and managing the new starter and leaver processes

  • Assist with the monthly payroll and support the finance department to help resolve any queries

  • Guiding managers on all HR policies, and ensuring that all company policies and legal compliance are reviewed and renewed

  • Promoting wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion across the business, as well as supporting various development activities for employees

 

The experience you’ll bring to the team

As a passionate and experienced HR Administrator, you’ll need to have:

 

  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels

  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work prioritise own workload

  • CIPD qualification would be preferred but is not essential
