HR Administrator– 12 months
 
 
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is partnered with Uk’s largest commercial aerospace company.
The HR Administrator role is a temporary role for 12 months covering Maternity/paternity leave.
37 hours a week, Monday to Friday office based however, there is an option of 3 days in 2 days home.
This role is based in Portsmouth.
 
What the HR Administrator will be doing
As an HR Administrator you will provide support in the following areas.
  • Providing support to the HR Business Partner and UK HR
  • Manage day-to-day activities while supporting employees with advice and guidance
  • Providing support to the Immigration and post Brexit compliance
  • Providing Payroll support
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Working on ad-hoc specialist reports and meet a large number or reporting requirements for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
 
What the successful HR Administrator will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who
  • Good skill level in Microsoft packages, with advanced Excel skills
  • experience in working withing the payroll and HR systems, generating reports / information from an electronic system, ideally within a Payroll or HR context
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Confident in speaking directly to staff members and stakeholders
