HR Business Partner

Are you looking for a HR Business Partner position? Have you done full HR life cycle and are looking to join a large established firm in Cardiff to cover a 12 month FTC

This is what you’ll be doing

As a successful HRBP you will help to improve business performance by acting as the central point of contact for the Cardiff office.

• Provide full HR support across the board of employees
• Work with the Head of HR and operations to manage HR operations and implement policies  and practices
• Develop and sustain productive business relationships
• Work with the rest of the HR team and stakeholders across the board to implement  various HR and L&D projects
• Full recruitment lifecycle
• Coach and monitor junior HR team
• Generalist HR duties

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Minimum 5 years within a similar role
• Previous experience within a professional services company
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to travel if required
