HR Systems & Metrics Analyst - £26,600pa – Hybrid – Somerset – Retail Sector

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Systems & Metrics Analyst to work with one of our large retail clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to help transformer the way our client managers talent into the future.
This is an ideal role for an analyst wanting to grow their skills with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide systems advice to systems users acting as 1st escalation point for queries or issues that cannot be resolved in teams.
  • Proactively identify systems development requirements with input from system owners and relevant external suppliers, documenting changes where necessary.
  • Support regular maintenance of HR systems and regularly audit access to those systems ensuring that authorisations remain up to date and relevant including reporting groups within SAP HR.
  • Create or support in the creation of training materials, guides, and documentation for HR systems and deliver training to users.
  • Manage and deliver monthly HR metrics to a wide range of stakeholders.
Skills:
  • Good Knowledge of HR systems and SAP HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, such as Excel and Power BI
  • Basic understanding of employment legislation / data protection
  • Good understanding of functional analysis and system design
