Inside Sales Executive
Do you have outbound b2b sales experience?  Do you have the drive, attitude and hunger to suceed? If so and you have experience working within the technology industry then this could be the perfect role for you!

This is what you'll be doing

Working for one of the biggest names in the world when it comes to technology, our client are looking for the newest member of their extremely succesful direct sales team based in Cardiff city centre. Your role is a pivotal one within the sales process as you will be the first point of contact for many new business that my client will be looking to work with going forward. Key parts of the role are as follows:

  • To generate appointments and establish relationships with companies or contacts that we hasn’t previously done business with to drive business growth.

  • To exceed the weekly KPI for number of new appointments generated

  • To cultivate an impressive network of contacts within your designated region or market

  • To support then companies growth strategy through achievement of various success criteria outlined on an Individual Success Plan

  • Actively working to create new appointments through a multi-touch sales strategy (calling, emailing, social media, letter writing, networking, etc)

  • Actively working to expand your business network (either on social media or occasionally in person at networking events)

  • Taking responsibility for the number of appointments attended by the sales consultants in your allocated region/market

  • Working within your territory to understand who the key players are, what makes it tick and how to generate more appointments as a result

  • Developing profiles of prospective customers to make our sales approaches count

  • Managing all activity in our CRM system

  • working 8.30-5 monday - friday
