​We are working with a local public sector organisation who are looking for an Insights Adviser to support with the design and management of research programs and initiatives from set up to delivery.

What you will be doing as Insights Adviser

• Providing evidence about the success of advertising campaigns with employers, governing bodies and pensions savers, and materials used in our regulatory activities that are aimed at raising awareness or changing behavior

• Design, administer, analyse and report on internal research using online survey software, including liaising with internal clients, questionnaire development, data analysis and producing presentation / report outputs.

• Support the production of reports, presenting the analysis and key implications of insights gathered from both primary and secondary sources to internal stakeholders.

• Provide administrative support across the Insight team e.g. in relation to procuring research suppliers, raising Purchase Orders and payment of invoices.

 The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Experience of designing and conducting primary quantitative research in a market research agency or commissioning organisation and an understanding of basic statistical and analysis techniques

• Experience of producing research findings for varied audiences and of presenting confidently

• Critical-thinking skills and an ability to synthesise information from a range of sources

 What you’ll get in return
