This is what you’ll be doing
As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for hiring across multiple business areas.
Build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the business when taking on new recruitment requirements.
Sourcing candidates for new positions matching candidate skill sets to business needs.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Engaging with wider networks, analysing competitor insights and industry trends to develop specialist knowledge.
Negotiation on offers of employments, fully explaining the package and benefits to candidates.
Working closely with the wider recruitment team providing updates on recruitment opportunities and ensure information is passed on.
Any Ad-hoc administration support required such as helping with onboarding, training etc.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
Previous recruitment experience in professional services
Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders
Experience of candidate tracking systems
Strong negotiation skills
And this is what you’ll get in return
Up to £40,000 dependant on skills and experience.
