Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a Global Technology company to find a driven and experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract near Bridgend.

This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Internal Recruiter to join a dynamic and fast paced Technology company near Bridgend on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will work closely with the HR and People team to recruit for various roles and handle the process from end to end. You will also:
- Support hiring managers in the creation and development of job specifications and adverts
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of innovative resources and opportunities
- Organise and support all interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding processes
- Research and present new and suitable avenues for recruitment, initiatives and recruitment methods
- Complete and deliver regular presentations and reports to senior management
- Support the wider business in strategic planning of future roles and requirements
- Work to develop and implement strategies to improve retention of staff, candidate experience and recruitment strategy
- Represent the business at various recruitment fairs
- Monitor the recruitment spend against the allocated budget
- Support the implementation of a new tracking system and database
- Ensure all paperwork and systems are kept up to date, whilst maintaining GDPR processes and confidentiality
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a dynamic Internal Recruiter, you’ll need to have experience working in a similar role and whilst a background in manufacturing isn’t essential, it would be handy. You will also have:
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, including senior managers and stakeholders
- Experience in developing systems, initiatives and plans for potential roles
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience within a HR function would be beneficial but isn’t essential
- The ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced and changeable environment.
