This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join a fast paced and growing insurance provider based in Swansea on a fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. You will work closely with the management team to recruit staff members for various teams and departments. You will also:
 
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of resources and opportunities
  • Manage and maintain the Recruitment Inbox
  • Regularly update all databases and websites with new vacancies and information
  • Organise and support interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding processes
  • Manage the candidate journey to ensure a positive experience
  • Work closely with the hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Recruitment Specialist to understand the business needs
  • Execute various recruitment campaigns, focussing on cost reduction and working to agreed timelines
  • Ensure all paperwork and systems are kept up to date, whilst maintain GDPR processes and confidentiality
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a passionate and experienced Internal Recruiter, you’ll need to have:
 
  • Previous knowledge and experience within recruitment, either with an agency or internal
  • Previous experience within Financial Services would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work prioritise own workload
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Confidence to work alone and manage tasks effectively
