Internal Sales and Receptionist

Have you worked in an internal sales or front of house role before? Are you great at building relationships over the phone and making people feel welcome? Then please apply today for this manufacturing company.

This is what you’ll be doing

To be first point of contact for all visitors to the office along with internal sales.

• Greeting customers and keeping the reception area updated
• Assisting with product enquires and orders
• Expand client base at every opportunity and achieve sales targets
• Identify, qualify and follow up sales leads
• Ad-hoc administration duties when required

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience in internal sales or reception ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Proactive attitude
• Approachable and enthusiastic nature
• Great telephone manner
• Proficient in using Microsoft package
