Internal Sales Coordinator
An established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Caerphilly are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. If you have previous customer service, or sales support experience, they are offering an excellent salary up to £23,000 +benefits. If this would be something of interest please get in touch today.
- You will be processing the customers’ sales orders through SAGE
- You will prepare export documentation from point of order, manage stock and liaise with the freight forwarders to ensure customer orders arrive on time all around the world.
- Obtain more customer information
- Respond to customer enquiries over the phone and email.
- Speaking to customers to obtain sales forecasts
- Handling customer complaints and driving these through to successful resolution that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Science degree or equivalent is essential for this position
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and priotise workloads.
