Internal Sales Executive


Are you passionate about delivery top quality service to your customer whilst achieving business related sales? Do you have experience working within a builders merchants or similar?


If so this could be the perfect role for you!


This is what you'll be doing;

The mission for the Internal Sales Person is to support external sales, existing and prospective customers with technical sales enquiries, provide quotes and close opportunities, enabling customers to fulfil their objectives. In fulfilling the role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience.


  • Working from the office you will take incoming sales enquiries, process them, provide solutions for the customer and effectively communicate a solution and quotation
  • You will follow up quotes with a view to securing new sales order
  • You will build a rapport with your customers to ensure repeat business opportunities
  • You will utilise the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to manage the sales cycle and record existing customer communications and transactions


The experience you'll bring to the team;  

  • Ideally have some industry relevant experience or experience working within a builders merchants or in a technical sales role

  • Professional with customer service/sales experience


And this is what you'll get in return

  • Salary: £21,000 - £26,000

  • Company bonus

  • Holidays: 25 days
