The Opportunity

Yolk recruitment are currently working on sourcing three Internal Sales Executives for a global construction organisation who have recently acquired a new arm to their business. This is a role with great reward and fantastic career progression opportunities. This role isn’t a new business hunter role, but one with warm inbound leads, so ideal for someone who wants to move away from or doesn’t enjoy cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales activity for units/area asked to cover through email, telephone, and communications with units or Territory Sales Managers
• Agree targets for area of responsibility in alignment with Regional Commercial strategy and support the execution and delivery
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customer contacts building good rapport
• Respond promptly and efficiently to enquiries, queries and complaints
• Promotion and sale of performance products against agreed pricing and volume targets
• Develop a good understanding of the market through; competitor activity, competitor pricing performance and workload
• Co-ordinate with distribution team to support in delivering products
• Liaise with Credit Control to ensure credit limits are appropriate and that cash collection is maximised

Requirements 

• Experience working within telesales (essential)
• Ability to build relationships with ease
• Professional manner and very good customer service levels
• Enthusiastic and confident
