Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading national electronic security company. This company has various different verticals which include Security, Fire systems and Guarding. They are one of the largest successful family run businesses in Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in a sales role with a hunger to progress quickly. This candidate should have fantastic communication skills, be well organised and be a fast learning. This role offers a fast-track progression opportunity where the candidate can progress into a field base BDM role if they wish.

As an Internal Sales Executive your aim will be to keep and build key relationships with your clients over the phone. Hit your monthly revenue and KPI targets, cross sell & upsell various services. You will be dealing with existing customers, majority of this role will be selling over the phone and the other 30% will be admin while processing orders.

Main responsibilities as an Internal Sales Executive

  • Hit monthly revenue and KPI targets.
  • Manage various existing accounts.
  • Offer fantastic customer service.
  • 70% selling over the phone & 30% admin, processing sales.
  • Deal with inbound enquires.
  • Support the BD team with the coordination and management of works in progress.

Your skills/ experience as an Internal Sales Executive

  • 1-2 years sales or admin experience.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude towards personal development.
  • T literate
  • UK drivers' licence
