What you will be doing:

• Providing in-depth, industry-focused expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients

• Enabling clients to implement change in a complex and competitive commercial landscape

• Working on major IT and business process outsourcing projects

• Joining a multi-disciplinary team on a major body of work

• Drafting and negotiating contracts

What we are looking for:

• Open on PQE

• Experience with commercial transactional projects, contract management support

• An interest in IT or technology law

• Excellent client management

• A practical and commercial approach

• Experience in Private Practice, in-house tech firm
