IT Support Representative

An exciting opportunity with a global web solutions company to join their IT Support Team assisting external users as well as support their in-house written solution.  

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be supporting queries and tickets relating to the company’s In-house solution as well as supporting technologies such as Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft packages and SQL (write Queries and Amend Data)

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Windows Server
  • SQL
  • Microsoft Word
  • Documenting and Troubleshooting Errors
  • SQL – Reporting Services/TSQL/ SSRS (Desirables)
