IT Support Analyst

I am currently working with a multinational corporation that has experienced substantial growth in both their UK and US setting. As such they are looking for an IT support Analyst to provide primarily remote support for their afternoon and evenings operating ours to both the US and UK sites.

This is what you’ll be doing

The role will involve first line aspects of support such as general application support, Basic System administration, Support of Office Packages. The role will be office based in the afternoon 2:00 – 5:00 with the remainder of the working shift provided remotely (5:00 – 11:00)

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support position
• Experience Supporting Microsoft and Windows Packages
• General trouble shooting experience.
• Excellent customer service skills
