​IT Support Analyst | Cardiff (Hybrid) | Up to £30,000 | Financial Services

Yolk Recruitment are working with an expanding, Cardiff based Financial Services organisation looking to grow their IT Support Function.

They're searching for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to support their internal user base (both on-site & remote). Their desktop environment is mostly Windows based sp previous experience in a similar environment supporting Windows 10, Office 365, Exchange & Active Directly is essential. Exposure to InTune, Azure & PowerShell would be hugely beneficial but not essential. 

They operate a hybrid working environment with 1-2 days per week on-site.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Triage helpdesk tickets and provide 1st and 2nd line support

• Supporting and resolving user hardware, software, printing, telephony and mobile technology incidents and requests

• Strong experience in problem solving with ability to take ownership of tickets from logging and ensuring they are resolved, whilst the customer is fully informed of the process

• Deal with ticket escalation

• Setting up and configuring user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones

• Provide O365, InTune and Azure Support

Skills Required:

Essential:

• Similar experience in a similar role

• 1st / 2nd line desktop support within a Windows based environment

• Windows 10

• Active Directory / Exchange

• Office 365

Beneficial:

• Azure 

• PowerShell

• Basic Networking (LAN / WAN)
