The Role

This growing organisation are currently seeking a number of IT Support Analysts as part of the opening of a new Cardiff office. Working in tandem with their current service desk team, you will be providing support on a range of desktop, networking and server issues for a wide range of customers.

About You

You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of technologies and delivering high levels of service.

You will have a varied skill set including some of the following  

• Windows 10 as well as prior versions
• Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
• MS Office Application
• Knowledge of MS Server (ideally to 2012/16)
• MS Exchange / Office 365
• Network troubleshooting
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
