Our technology sector client currently seek assistance from an IT Support professional with 2+ years commercial experience ideally working for an MSP.
You will present a professional first point of contact and prioritise IT Service Desk calls for external customers, ensuring they are dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner. We require someone with the ability to prioritise work, resolve conflicting priorities, and progress work thoroughly and reliably.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Technologies
Office 365 hybrid environment
VMWare and Hyper V Servers
